Rockies roll home, Chicago now/later, Fish evolution
The Colorado Rockies return home after a 7-1 road trip that has them off to the best start in franchise history. The Rockies next face the Chicago Cubs, a team I generally find irritating enough that on an upcoming trip to Chicago, we will completely avoid our old Wrigleyville neighborhood despite the Cubs not being anywhere near the city that weekend. Meanwhile, the Fish continues to evolve.
Good year, bad year or just a year
When it comes to life-altering disappointments, I highly recommend doing them in a place like Kauai -- it softens the blow considerably, especially when it is accompanied by pineapple relish.
